Finding our premises
You will find Shetland Family History's offices inside the Shetland Amenity Trust building at Garthspool – a stone building with green woodwork.
If you are driving, the easiest way to get to Holmsgarth is from the roundabout beside the Co-op supermarket. Follow the road that passes between the Toll Clock Shopping Centre and the small dock. After passing the dock, turn left and you will arrive at Holmsgarth.
We have some limited parking around the building and there is parking at the north side of the Toll Clock Shopping Centre.
The front door to the Shetland Amenity Trust is back in use, but we have a separate entrance on the north side of the building. Our door has our name plate on it and a bell to use to let us know that you have arrived.

We are open regularly 2-4pm Monday to Friday, between February and November.
